About Me

Miss Cherry Valens puts the dancer back into the title of burlesque dancer. Based in Adelaide, Miss Cherry received a standing ovation for her burlesque debut at the first ever Australian blues dancing exchange, Church City Blues, in October 2006 and has continued to impress ever since. Miss Cherry has graced the stage at events such as Sugartime's Scarlet Debut and Scarlet Stars Fatal Boudoir in Sydney, Kustom Kulture 2007 and 2008, Ausdance's 30th Birthday and GLAM TV's VIP launch. She has had a starring role in all of A Wink and A Smile Burlesque's productions including Burlesque with Love, A Burlesque Cocktail, Lounge L'Amore as well as appearing monthly in the Seduction Society at La Boheme. Miss Cherry performed at Amber Petty's Real SA Bodies for SAFM as well as choroegraphed the great reveal routine for Amber and the five finalists.Miss Cherry's saucy performances draw on her extensive dance training including ballet, contemporary, swing, belly dance, reggaeton, shadow dance and lap dancing. Her love of vintage and retro culture is infused throughout her classy routines. She dances and teases but reveals only enough to keep the audience coming back for more....
