Nelson Quick is a colorful artist who uses a wide brush & isn't afraid to throw some paint around! Many musical styles & sounds come together to make up the "Team Trigger" dynamic. Lush soundscapes, infectious grooves, solid songs, emotional dexterity, & psychedelic experimentation have long been in this artists field of play. Experimentation is putting it mildly, more like full scale research!
Quick has been a singer, songwriter & performer who played with bands in the past. Including the legendary cult, psychedelic improv monster Captain Underbelly. A tripped out, heavy duty, hard rock outfit that walked on & often launched itself over the brink.
As of now & for the first time Quick has been working on a record of all origional material. Hid away at Cone of Silence studio Hamilton/Baltimore with dear friends who are top notch players & inspired partners in crime. Ranging from stripped down acoustic intimacy to the loudest sonic thunder. The result will be the eNdORpHiN tRiGgER album in 2007, & they're dying for you to hear it!~
