About Me

"Bad News for the Toros", a 3 piece rock group from Redlands, California founded in early 2004 looking to do something different and exciting with their music, they experiment with whatever they can get their hands on for example loops, samples, keyboards and whatever talents they seem to bring to the table, making the listener think with their eyes & ears. Playing music loud is this band’s passion growing up with a mixture of influences stemming from groups of their parent's record collection or whatever new music their friends or neighbors were listening to at the time. Rock groups who wrote songs in incredible fashion are the inspiration of this elite trio. The members of Bad News for the Toros consist of Dominik Nikki (Guitar,VoX), Caquita Brown (Bass,VoX) & Kohl Blooded (Drums) This trio have a sound that is indeed their own with crafty songwriting and melodies. They have been playing in and out of bands since their late teens struggling to find themselves in a world full of musicians and artists working to finally make their mark in the music community. Bad News for the Toros creates something that’s hard to find in music these days and that’s originality. If you are tired of seeing or hearing the same old acts, then witness this group and I assure you will not be disappointed. This band is not about to show you how many tattoos or piercings they have but they would rather make sure you enjoy a good show and to entertain your heart and soul. "The Toro’s", as some of their fans refer to them, are one of the acts that you must catch this year. They released a 6 song Demo in 2004, "Catch Them Fast Kill Them Slow", on their 1320's label...This profile was edited with Thomas' myspace editor V2.5
