Lady AK

Lady AK, one young successful Vancouver's female DJ, also known by her first name Alla who's love for music began as a child. At age four she was enrolled in a local music school in Kiev, Ukraine. From then on into her teen years she immersed herself in music theory. Shortly after moving to Canada, at age of 16, Alla’s friend taught her the essentials of mixing, peaking her interest in DJ’ing. Later that year in 1999 she got her first pair of turntables which came with a box full of random records that gave her a head start.
It wasn't until 2005 that Alla took DJ’ing seriously and swiftly compiled huge collection of tunes. Since she has been playing massive amount of club nights and raves in Canada, US and even Europe along the side with world known acts such as Dillinja, Lemon D, Hive, Breakage, Baby Anne, Psidream, Kenny Ken, Third Eye Tribe, Malente, Capital J, T. Power, Uberzone, DJ DIAMOND, Miss Lisa and many more. Her record collection contains many different genres of music to create proper dancing atmosphere for audiences. Lady AK brings some of the freshest, unique, and soulful blends of Hip Hop, Breaks, some of the sickest, grubbiest DnB, Funky, Experimental, Sexy and Vocal Electro House. Her main purpose is to bring quality music to the dance floor with flawless mixing to stir up the mood of the crowd.
