I've done a marathon and a few halfy's as well, this helps to keep my weight down to a respectable 13 stone (ahem)! I also enjoy drinking, although I’m not very good at it, despite much practice! Shots and downing pints need a lot more work on.I like shopping, vodka, being abusive to take away proprietors/cab drivers (they do deserve it though!), turning up to work drunk (occassionally), that Friday feeling, heartburn alleviation products and QPR! I'm also quite into the old rugger these days, both union and league and follow the Rhinos and Tykes. Interests: I like going to gigs in Leeds and London. I'm from London, but now working in Leeds doing PR. There's some brilliant live music venues up North which I frequent monthly. Leeds is quality! London isn't..... sadly. I know it sounds a bit poncey, but I like cooking and love eating out, Leeds is quality for that. I'll eat most food these days and try most stuff once. I like going on these sorts of things myspace etc to pass the time at work!Back home I normally go out in Watford (yawn)! Or in London I go to Koko, Roxy and Notting Hill Arts Club. I like going to see gigs and have seen Oasis, Babyshambled, Paul Weller, Jamie T and Dirty Pretty Things recently.
People in Leeds or the surrounding area or people from back home in London!
Oasis, Libertines, Stone Roses, Beach Boys, Jamie T, Frateliis, Pulp, U2, Ian Brown, Killers, Who, Jam, Beatles, Blur, Razorlight, Kooks, Thrills, Ocean Colour Scene, Babyshambles, Artic Monkeys and a bit of dance! Oh yeah!I can live with a night of R n B, thats what I was brought up on during nights out at Watford! Generally anything indie or dancey and I like Hed Kandi. But indie rock n roll it has to be!
Gangster films, the business, footy factory, withnail and i, saw, fight club, american beauty, forest gump, human traffic, trainspotting, psycho. Anything by Stephen Poliakoff is good.Anything really apart from big American blockbusters, find them a bit simple and boring, they always finish with a happy ending! I quite like scary n jumpy films (sounds a bit gay I know)!
Match of the day, simpsons, eastenders, corrie, shameless, phoenix nights, office, league of gentlemen, the apprentice. Anything with Gordon Ramsey.I don't really watch too much telly! But as a rule anything with Peter Kay, Steve Coogan and Julia Davis (I didn't know women could be funny!) will do!
East Plays West. A book about the Cold War and Olympics, 2 of my fave subjects......seriously. It's non-fiction by the way.I don't tend to read fiction, i'm told its because I "don't have an imagination"! Well imagine this.....(sticks two fingers up at you)
Oasis, Pete Doherty, Ian Brown and John Lennon
