My Interests

First and foremost..I am a mom. I love being a mom. My children are everything that is good in life. My daughter, Luci, is 9. She is a wonderful, bright, loving, and creative girl. I am starting to see things in her that baffle me everyday and I am glad I will never miss another day of her life. My son, Even, is almost two... and my goodness does it show. He is independant one second and clinging on to my legs like the ground is falling out from under him the next. He is funny and sweet and in an instant it he changes into a screaming, red-faced, scary child. And I wouldn't want to miss a second. I wouldn't change a thing about him. He is my heart and soul and I can't breath without him.I am not a perfect person.. and to be quite honest..I am not really even sure I would want to be. I have hurt people and been hurt in return. I have made mistakes and learned from everyone of them. Some lessons took me longer to learn than others, but every time I fell I kept dusting myself off and started over again.I love to live life to the fullest. To me that used to mean parties and live punk shows, alcohol and the whole sex, drugs, and rock and roll life style. Hangin out with my "friends" and trying to impress the guys with the mohawks. However, when the proverbial shit hit the fan, it was my family who were really there for me. At that point, I came to the realization that living your life to the fullest is actually much more simple and comes with a lot less hangovers. I love to sit on my mother's back porch and watch her horses play. Soak in the fall air and sip hot tea. Feel the sunshine on my legs and let the trees shade my face. I love to giggle with my son and watch him try to walk. Make up jokes with my daughter and help her with her homework. Play Apples to Apples or 31 at my folks house on a Saturday night. I love the taste of my mother's soup and my daughter's brownies. Watching T.V. with my husband and taking walks with the monster and his grampa.
