.City weezle was founded in spring 2005 by singer, guitarist (Potato lovin’ Irishman) Simon Fleury.
City weezles first move was to hit the studio after only a few rehearsals to record the City weezle EP (demo) 4 tracks. (The EP is available on Cdbaby.com http://cdbaby.com/cd/cityweezle)
City weezle marks its unique sound using a swinging funk rock as its axis.
After gigging round in bars clubs(opening for bands such as californian anti rockers Sleepytime gorilla museum.)
CW has accumulated much material
which is now being recorded and released in a series of promotional demos called the Taboo Sessions(The leprechaun and Abuse are the first of the taboo sessions)
From these demos 12 songs (or more) will be selected for the album which will have really Phat Production
The live show is a fun and energetic experience. Crowds have always been very appreciative
CW now concentrates on finding tour management for the organising of a European tour also looking for festivals and networking
