Hello Friends,
Just wanted to take a minute to say hello and thank you for being part of this MySpace page. I appreciate all the support. I also want to thank Dom who runs this page for me. I must admit, I have very little to do with this page since I really don't have the time to spend on it and rarely even check it. (I don't, this is a fan run site) I hope to get more involved in the future, but please don't take it personal if I do not respond, I have not responded to anyone yet, still much to learn about the whole process. As always my website www.EddieTrunk.com is the best way to reach me and also see what I'm up to. The blog, radio and TV sections plus music news are all listed there. I do my best to respond to all email that comes through my site. Again, I appreciate the support and will try and get more involved in the near future, but in the meantime Dom will handle this site and my personal site is still the best place to check on news and developments. MARILYN MANSON's New Beverage Gets PannedThe Pulse of Radio reports that Marilyn Manson's new brand of absinthe, called Mansinthe, has been panned by a panel of critics at Epicurious.com. The drink, which is manufactured in Switzerland, is not legally available in the U.S. yet. The panel rated the beverage in five categories, concluding, "Did Mansinthe have what it takes to be a premium absinthe?...the answer is, sadly, no. The Number One problem was the aroma, which some verbally compared to sewage water or swamp mud, but with the exception of a lone taster, the panel felt it wasn't really worth wading through the odor to get to mediocre flavor anyway. Sorry, M.M."A press release described the drink last year as an authentic absinthe "distilled from fine herbs, naturally colored and not sugared," adding that Manson "was directly involved in developing this product."
