The Choice Cuts are a 3 piece from Melbourne. All band members have different musical interests : Al like ska, punk, rock and rockabilly. Simon likes alternative and jazz tunes and Stefan likes Blues, Funk and Jazz. With all these different backgrounds we try to make a unique sound and still keep rocking. We aim to make music that people can drink, dance and even mosh to if they feel like it. We formed in 2004 after realizing we could actually play instruments.
We had many other band members at different times but then we realized that we didnt like them and we just stuck with the original trio. We recorded 2 tunes with the kool skools project and we have plans to make a demo, when we can be bothered getting money to pay for it.
