I'm huge in Obihiro!

About Me

I live in New York and tell jokes/funny stories. I just moved here after spending 4 years in Japan so nevermind that weirdness you feel, it's just me. I'm adjusting. When meeting, if I do a half-ass bow or tell you a story about eating--miming chopsticks instead of a fork--please just let it go. I'm slightly askew. It's going to take some time.

I used to perform Stand up comedy (in English) with the Tokyo Comedy Store. If you're there or going, check out a show. Most are free and they're always fun.

Movies:

Currently watching many many in order to update my conversational movie refrences. After 5 years living abroad I should have known, Hasta la vista ain't getting em like it used to.

Television:

Through the wonder of Netflix, I'm catching up on various shows.

Books:

I'm constantly reading. If you have a good book to recommend I'm always up for it.
A recent article about a show I started in central Tokyo.
Funny things:I took this picture in Shibuya and although these guys with their lowriders and cholo clothes may look it, trust me, they are about as Mexican as I am Black!
I took a photoshop class and have been playing around a bit. Let me give you a little background on this picture. The character Anpanman, roughly traslated into Bread Man, is a popular super hero among young Japanese children. The term nanpa means the act or some call art, of picking up chicks. Mix the two together and you get:

Heroes:

Bill Clinton and many others I can't remember right now.
