The title kapo was stapled ,stitched and super glued onto me by my friends back in Jamaica way before I began rapping . I stumbled upon rap music in early 96 by overhearing it from a neighbours house who had recently resided there at that time , out of curiosity I've questioned my neighbour bout this captivating and appealing music, he explained and introduced me to my first love hip hop.
Fascinated by her uniqueness, I struggled and struggled writing raps till the early hours of the morning unaware of the time, then I would rap it to my school mates the following morning. Back then my lyrical content was all about killing, raping, battling, doing drugs, expressing anger with the most extreme graphical violence and making it funny and acceptable...but now my content is different from that.
Im a freestyle battle rapper, notoriously known for battling .There is no better feeling than eating a rapper alive, especially if the opponent is well skilled. Now my whole style of rap has changed, Ive recreated myself, my previous persona was known as kapo the weird, now Im Kapo the Kapstone.
Ive been dubbed as the capstone of the rap pyramid or the capstone of the pyramids of rap .The capstone of a pyramid represents the top, head, hierarchy, the programmer, king, the ruler or god and everything below the capstone lives in ignorance and bliss. Within the capstone is an eye the all seeing eye the eye of an ancient Egyptian god Osiris. Ive adopted this concept and added to it then made it my own.
