Dalyce "D'Lyte" Kelley has a great deal of entertainment industry related experience. Over the years she has managed to have the opportunity to work in a variety of career fields in the Industry. From being a Radio DJ, a Production Assistant, an Independent Video Show Host/Producer, a former rapper, an Independent Artist & Record Label Consultant to a Publicist, Dalyce has always had a passion for the arts, entertainment, marketing, advertising, promotions and executive assistance. Presently, she is a Radio Personality at 97.9FM The Beat in Dallas, TX with her business partner and sister Ebony and you can catch them on the weekends 8AM - 12 Noon Saturday. D'Lyte also works at 97.9 The Beat Monday - Friday as the Promotions Coordinator. She is also the CEO of Exquisite PR where they service musical artists, record labels, and event organizers with Publicity, Marketing, Promotions & Event Planning. Some of thier current and previous clients include: Rickey Smiley, 97.9 The Beat, Mr. Serv-On formerly of No Limit, Clout Records, the rapper Big Chief, the rapper Kayo, Mainstream Ent., and countless other artists and events. Dalyce landed her first internship and job right after high school at 99.1 KGGI in Riverside, California back in 1993. The internship essentially landed her the front desk management position, then she worked her way up into promotions, and inevitably landed an On-Air gig with Juanita Castro and they became an overnight radio duo sensation, The Late Night Ladies. Shortly thereafter, she ventured off in the direction of film and began working behind the scenes as a Production Assistant for music videos and film. She has worked on music videos for artist such as: Tupac, Dr. Dre, Brain McKnight, Charlie Wilson, in addition to working for Director, Paul Thomas Anderson during the production of the movie Boogie Knights. Dalyce also worked for Soul Jamz.tv/SpellBound Entertainment where she wore many hats and participated in all aspects of the business. Programming, on-camera hosting, producing, marketing, promotions, business planning, public relations to interviewing A-list celebrities like Alicia Keys, the Isley Brothers, and Nelly, her proven track record shows that she is passionate, ambitious, can handle any challenge that comes her way, and has a strong desire to succeed. During this time, she also managed to hold down a full time corporate job, as well as record a solo and duo Hip Hop/R&B album with singer Kleo, former Miss Nevada.
