Advocate of Chaos

The greatest comfort is pain, the greatest order is chaos, the greatest constant is change.

About Me

The tragic hero is a protagonist that goes on a journey, and is defeated by their adversaries because of their "fatal flaw". I do not have a fatal flaw, because I am infinitely flawed. But at least I am more interesting because of it...
I have been going through a number of changes in my personal life lately, if anybody out there cares enough about me to ask about them, then just message me and I'll tell you the truth. Lets just say that there have been a number of rumors about my personal life for a long time, and most of them had a bit of truth to them, but all of them were almost completely made up.
I love to meet new people and make new friends, but if you want to friend me on myspace, send me a message first telling me why. I'll add you if I think it's a good reason. Also, if you are a minor, or if you have security set up on your profile, then you must add me to your friends list in order to be my friend. Myspace has security features that will not let me reply to people who are not my friends, and if these security features are active
This is my global personality test. It is actually quite accurate; not bad for a 100-question test...

So, I already knew I was an existentialist. These results are pretty much what I believe.
You scored as Existentialism, Your life is guided by the concept of Existentialism: You choose the meaning and purpose of your life.
“Man is condemned to be free; because once thrown into the world, he is responsible for everything he does.”
“It is up to you to give [life] a meaning.”
--Jean-Paul Sartre
“It is man's natural sickness to believe that he possesses the Truth.”
--Blaise Pascal

My Interests

My friends and music, without them, life would not be worth living. I love both of them dearly.

This is an AMV for Metropolis. The song is "Center of the Sun" by Conjure One. It is truly a beautiful film, set to a truly beautiful (and uplifting) song.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet the people I do not know. Would it be cool to meet some celebrities? Of course it would, but people put too much emphasis on celebrities these days.

Music:

..

I love music. I couldn't live without it. It truly is, and will always remain, the highest achievement of humanity. I just hope that the bionic ear is perfected before I go deaf from listening to so much music.

Movies:

I love the concept of movies, though I find that the percentage of good movies compared with bad movies is far lower than the percentage of good music compared with bad music.

Television:

I don't watch television very often. Hate it.

Books:

There are many good books out there, most of which I will probably never read. A shame, isn't it? But I love reading, because for some reason, reading about other people shows us who we are inside.

Heroes:

People who apologize.
People who are not afraid to speak their mind.
People who are willing to disagree without arguing.
People who are willing to admit when they're wrong.
People who say "thank you".
People who notice what makes other people happy.
People who give others random hugs, just to brighten somebody's day.
People who can tell you how they feel with a single glance.
People who laugh at stupid jokes, and don't mind when people laugh at them for laughing at stupid jokes.
People who realize that it is the empty spaces in their schedule that make life worth living.
And finally: People who enjoy the random moments in life.
Quite simply, people are my heroes.

There are a number of different little sayings that characterize the differences between people. I wanted to pose a few questions to you: 1. Are such characterizations at all useful? 2. Are such char...

Selfishness and Greed

Are humans capable of truly unselfish actions? Or is it that our seemingly unselfish actions are, in reality, motivated by our selfishness or greed? Many of the major world religions teach their fol...
