At 17, he entered and won a contest called Claim to Fame. The prize included going to the Teen Choice Awards, carrying the trophies up to the stage, and escorting all the celebrities off stage. It was a dream come true for him. While at the awards show, he caught the interest of Freddie Prinze Jr.'s agent - who signed him almost immediately. Currently he can be seen in the new WB Show Supernatural on Tuesday with my Co-star Jensen Ackles.Before becoming an actor he lived in San Antonio, Texas and attended James Madison High School. He was named a candidate for the year 2000 Presidential Scholars Program. After graduating in the year 2000 he moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue an acting career.He started taking acting lessons when he was 12.He has an older brother named Jeff,and a younger sister named Megan.he is currently dating his Cry Wolf co-star Sandra McCoy.His favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough.His favorite food is cheeseburger with mustard lettuce and tomato.He Has two dogs.You have to get along with his friends.
