HOLLA!
I just recently revamped my entire page! I'm moving into a point in my career where I need things to start moving in a slightly different direction.
Pretty soon you'll be seeing a regularly updated blog spot and I'm going to be posting videos of me recording everyday things, not-so-everyday things, making stupid commentary and doing silly things on it. Just my take on the world I suppose. Hopefully it will be somewhat engaging to everyone else and not just for my own personal amusement!
I am living in LA and currently pursuing my career in modeling, acting and gogo dancing and get a tremendous amount of joy from what I do. I am very much so looking forward to the opportunity and hope that 2008 holds for me. I have discovered strength within myself over this last year that I didn't know existed and continue to grow into the person I have become.
This is a crazy city I tell you, but LA is simply overflowing with opportunity if you are smart enough to grab hold of it. It's so important to know who you are and keep your feet rooted to the ground because it's so easy to get swept away in it all. LA is great if you can take advantage of what it has to offer intelligently instead of letting it taking advantage of you and your soul (as happens to many people out here). I'm ready to take you on LA....are you ready for me?! hahaha;)

I like to think that I have a realistic grasp on what I do in the modeling industry. I understand that my profession perpetuates a distorted perception of what beauty really is. It is imperative to always remember that beauty is only skin deep and can be changed and interpreted in many different ways....enjoy!

LOOOOOVE Nichole Nordeman, she is a Christian music artist and has the most amazing voice ever!! I also like Anna Nalic, KT Tunstel, any kind of hip hop or country music. Gosh anything that I can move to is awesome, but as my GoGo girls will tell you, it HAS to have a fast tempo to keep up with me!!

Movies:

Dude, where do I start? Here is just to name a FEW of my favs:
Tommy Boy, Black Sheep, Dumb and Dumber, Moulin Rouge, Napoleon Dynamite, Wild Hearts Can't be Broken, The Matrix Series, Wedding Crashers, Dodge Ball, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Notebook, Spiderman, Chronicles of Narnia, Ice Age, Monsters Inc., Toy Story, Shrek, The Count of Monte Cristo, Braveheart, Gladiator, Troy......eh my fingers are getting tired.
You get the point, I love movies, period.

Television:

I really don't watch too much TV, the only shows I enjoy watching are Desperate House Wives (which I haven't seen in ages), Friends, Sienfield, and a couple other shows catch my interest from time to time. Mostly if the TV is ever on though my eyes are glued to Fox TV, Discovery or the history channel.

Books:

The Bible, The 5 Love Languages, and The Purpose Driven Life oh and Marley and Me:)

Heroes:

I have some different heroes for different reasons. I think my sister is one of my heroes for putting up with me as a child and being my best friend through our tough childhood. My friend Linsday Lee (I miss you!!!!) for letting me cry and cry, and cry and then cry some more and being there whenever I need her, and oh yeah and making me laugh, and laugh, and laugh and letting me think that I'm funny too:). Oprah Winfrey (I don't care who laughs at that one, I love Oprah and I think she does a lot of good for this world).
