Well I like to think of myself of some what of an artist. I don't draw. I don’t paint; but I do create beautiful things. I like jewelry making, card making, stamping, embossing and decoupage. Really, it’s just arts & craft stuff that I work with; but it's creativity that makes my work art. I like just about all of it, except for sewing, knitting and cross-stitching (too boring). That stuff usually involves using a pattern that some one else created and I just can't get into that. I also enjoy photography (digital). I like taking pictures of nature and landscapes (check out my pics). I love taking pics of my family posed and not, and just what ever catches my eye. Another area of artistry would be in my writing. I don't write short stories or anything. I'm not writing a book (yet); but I do blog. I blog about the things in my head. If you really wanna get to know me read my blog and it'll give you a good start. It's an expression of creativity for me; therefore I consider it a part of my artistic qualities. Prose is a specialty of mine, and I like to dabble with poetry. I love summer! Camping is my all time favorite summer activity. Swimming, I m not a great swimmer or anything; but, I love spending my weekends at the pond. It has everything I love...sunshine, photo ops, and it's surrounded by trees...the perfect escape from the daily grind. It's like a mini vacation! Kevin and I use to hike the Ravines and state parks in Florida (we use to live there). We don't have much time for that anymore but I plan to take up hiking again as soon as I 'm finished with college. I like entertaining, so I often have company over for dinner I'm not the best cook but I can follow a recipe so you'll be fed well if you’re a guest. I can, however, BBQ. I love it! So if your invited for a BBQ...you’re in for a great time...I'm the BBQ Queen! I like movies, UFC fights and decorating. I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Hmmm, I had to think about this one, well I have no real desire to meet anyone famous, I guess. I mean what's the use; they are who they are. I'll still be me no matter what. I admire a lot of people for what they have done not who they are. They are just like me, mere flesh and bones. What good would it do me to meet those ministers, activists, politicians, directors, writers or artists? How can they possibly impact my life anymore or less than they already have? I don't like putting people on a pedestal; everyone will fall off eventually. There are those whom I admire, but I don't necessarily desire to meet them. People come and go in life and it's always the ones you least expect to impact you in some way. So, whom would I like to meet? - You whoever you are. ♥ There is this guy I know, I haven't met in person, we talk often, we're quite close actually, one day we'll be face to face. -Christ.
Every time I fill this portion out, I end up thinking of another band......there are just too many! Still love my 80's though.
