Punk Rope is a playful, kick-ass, alternative fitness class with a rock and roll heart. Our mission is to spread the joy of play, obliterate sedentary living, especially among youth, build community, and share great popular music from around the globe.
Classes are currently offered at community centers, college rec centers, commercial gyms, and schools in 10 states, but we've also conducted classes at bowling alleys, rock clubs, art galleries, and city parks. For a complete list of venues currently offering classes, check out www.punkrope.com.
