BIOGRAPHY:

DJ FARAKNIGHT AKA DJ FARA- Hailing from East London, Fara has been involved in the music industry from a young age. From learning to mix vinyls at the tender age of Fourteen, Faraknight quickly developed the skill and experience needed to become an underground radio dj. After many tapes and bedroom sets with various artists from within the garage/Grime scene he decided it was time to hit the airwaves and soon after he made his debut on two stations known as HEAT FM and the legendary Freek FM, with the group that he created called the BRAVO TEAM. During his time on these stations he managed to bulid up a lot of connections within the music industry which then helped him progress onto other stations such as RAW Mission plus others. After a period of time djing for the group that he founded Faraknight decided the time was right for a new challenge. At this point Bravo Team disbanded with members each moving onto different groups or moving onto solo careers. It was at this point that Faraknight started doing guest shows on various different stations with various artists within the scene like 'The More Fire crew' & 'East Connection' to name a few. After doing a guest show for Maxwell D he eventually joined the Muskatears and started holding down residencies on stations such as Rinse FM, Freeze FM plus many more. After being involved with the Muskatears for a short period of time Faraknight decided to leave and join a group with closer links to his upbringing. This was when he joined 'FIRE CAMP' formerly known as the 'More Fire Crew'. Since then Faraknight has been steadily progressing in the music industry until he decided to go solo and change music scenes. At this time Fara started to play House music, preferably deep, souful and jackin house. He is now currently and up & coming dj within the scene working on building up his reputation with the many contacts he has networked with. You can catch him in and around london playing regular sets and radio shows so listen out.
