Hi I am Dazzaman AKA Darren, from a village near Ashford in Kent, and I love music - it is my escape from everyday life.
A few years ago I use to DJ in a pre club pub in Ashford, Kent, playing a mixture of progressive House and Trance. I was lucky enough to do this for about 18 months, that was until the pub was taken over, and the new owner wasn't interested in "that type of music" anymore. I keep considering attempting a comeback, but as yet it hasn't happened.
I also now have a passion for fast scary motorbikes (it's the buzz I tell you). I spend the majority of the summer months going around the country watching various motorbike races (club racing, British Superbikes, World Superbikes, and Moto GP).
I have just returned from 3 days riding in Germany, and whilst they I did a lap of the historic Nurburgring circuit, it was mad. Cars, bikes, vans, coaches all on track at the same time!! But it was a great experience that I am glad I have done
I was also fortunate enough to win a competition recently, to have a pillion ride with the World Sidecar Champion, Tim Reeves. I won 3 laps passengering Tim around a circuit in Kent called Lydden Hill, and it was the most amazing experience of my life.
