Someone who enjoys action, tough girls, and owns a large, open warehouse, with a flat, preferably wooden, floor with ample seating, clean bathrooms, a large parking lot, and who won't mind the occasional beer bottle in the parking lot. In fact, I know a lot of people who would like to meet you!

Someone else who will consent to adopting the nickname "Peachy Boy", unless, of course, your nickname already is "Peachy Boy", in which case, we're ready to go.

And even someone else named "Schmitty", so I can talk loud on my cell phone in public places and say things like, "Oh, Schmitty, you're too much." Really, I'm just jealous because I saw my cousin do this once, and I've wanted to do the same thing ever since. So, go ahead, Schmitty, give me a call!
