My musical love is for Jungle/DnB; back in 1991 I got my first set of Technics decks. At the time I played hardcore/ Jungle, and I used to listen – among others - to Sunrise FM and Defection FM. It all gave me the drive, inspiration and ambition I needed in order to develop as a DJ.My style entails an influence of Soul, Rare Groove and Reggae, which are fused into Jungle/DnB.By 1992 I was Djing on Function FM 95.4, where I played until 1993. In 1993 I started playing on Kool FM and continued until 1997. My experience was further enriched by working in a record shop, which also entailed playing to the public.Between 1993 and 1997 I played at different house parties, warehouse raves and venue raves, such as ‘Warrior Charge’, ‘Kool Skools’, ‘Kool Birthdays’, ‘Stush’, ‘Champagne Bash’, among others. Two raves that left a mark on my experience are Kool FM 2nd (Carnival Special) and 3rd Birthday Parties. They had such a massive impact, that people still talk about them to this day. Despite taking a break from the scene, I continued to collect and play my music.I am presently collaborating with other DJ’s on internet radio (Life FM) and I will be doing some new events in the near future. I am truly looking forward to what lies ahead, people I have met at more recent raves have clearly expressed that they have missed my ‘old skool’ style.Header Banner Made with MyBannerMaker.com!
