Born and raised in Oklahoma, Grandpa Mike has worked as a hog farmer, cowboy, welder, plumber, carpenter, shop foreman, computer lab tech, paper boy, and a cop. After the first wife ran off with a man she met on the internet, Grandpa Mike ran away from home and moved to Northern California, where he fell in love with his beautiful wife Julie, who tolerates his obsession for cheap guitars, music, writing, photography and bad grooming habits.
