Born in Bermuda and raised in Chicago, Phoenix is no stranger to hardships. The day before she started high school,a place where image and appearance are everything, the home she shared with her mother and siblings burned,destroying everything. A few years later, Phoenix performed in various shows around town and decided to make thebig move to California. She became a member of the girl group “Roni.” The group quickly got a production deal.However, the young songstress was devastated once again when shortly after the deal unexpectedly fell through.
Now back to her hometown stomping grounds, Phoenix is fiercely more driven than ever.
