.moreCSS {content:"Additional CSS go under this line.";}--Fall 2004, Gnüppel (ex-bassist of Faced Reality and Nuke Eastern Plot) and Andi founded a metal band called Mimosis. After some months Andi left the band. Gnüppel started to search for the new musicians, so in January 2005 the first full line-up with Fred (guitars), Max (Faced Reality, drums), Christoph (ex-Men At Arms, guitars), Drewes (Draist Avagnon, vocals) and Gnüppel was complete. In April 2005 the band played it´s first gig in Bitterfeld.
Drewes left the band in April of the same year and the new vocalist Witte (ex-Immaconcept) came to Mimosis. In June 2005 Mimosis recorded it´s debut demo "Mimosification" in the studio of Dark Suns´ keyboarder.
In September 2005 Max left the band, the new and current drummer of Mimosis is now Nick (ex-Atanatos and Fall Of Serenity).
