His unique style in both composing and performing music has made him a favorite innovator throughout Southern Indiana & The SouthShawn Perigon has been in the music game since the age of 11 and has years of experience. He is currently performing live shows in Southern, Indiana the backyard of Indiana University which has been known as one of the Top Party Schools. His hard hitting southern style has an unique infectious sound with constant reminders through out his lyrics that North Memphis is on the rise. Has made him a popular local artist in the area & Memphis.He relocated to Indiana in 2000 to pursue his music in the company of ARSONAL, a collaboration of artists who were introduced to one another in the mid-90's. He continues to work with SOLWaxx Productions, (hailing from Chicago) & Dave Weber of Airtimes Studios.He also worked with Moe-Z, DJ Spanish Fly, Yo-Gotti, (hailing from Memphis),Da Group "Proof " and AR Records.Shawn Perigon is ready to branch out and let the world hear his music. He has been testing his music online becoming a fan favorite among myspace listeners all over the world in a short period of time by catching the attention of 42,895 profile viewers, 8,529 friends, & 72,344 Total Palys in A Year!!!With No Radio Play!!!! His current solo project, "From My Hood 2 Yo Hood", is coming soon & will make the underground competition want to up their A-game.
