OCEAN'S...what are we on now, 19? I wouldn't care. I'd watch any sequel they make as long as they keep GEORGE CLOONEY & BRAD PITT (I LOVE their chemistry).CRASH...NO EXPLANATION NECESSARY. ...I hope..SNATCH... you should watch it at least once with the subtitles on. Pure gold. THE LAST SAMURAI, APOCALYPTO...movies that are set in an ancient culture, especially if it involves Japanese or Native American people... I'm fascinated by their, strength of character & sense of spirituality.GLORY (...remember Glory?), LEGENDS OF THE FALL...SHADOWBOXER (probably the most underrated movie I've ever loved), THE CONSTANT GARDENER...CITY OF GOD, SHOTTAS...the original bootleg one with the Jay-Z soundtrack though, not the new director's cut ...Stephen Marley re-did the soundtrack on the new one and he thought it'd be a good idea to take out all the Jay Z songs. WTF?! I mean, fine if you want to change some... but not ALL, damn. I really LIKED hearing Renegade when they pull up to Wayne's crib for the first time! SMH...FRIDAY, the 1st half of NEXT FRIDAY...classic.HARLEM NIGHTS, JASON'S LYRIC...two of the most significant movies of my teenage years.STOMP THE YARD... had a minor addiction to this one for about 2 months. SMH...it was a little shameful!Current addiction: SOMETHING NEW ...yep, just call me living vicariously thru Sanaa Lathan until I find my own hunk of white chocolate to experiment with...
I'm not that big on watching TV but I love PRISON BREAK...HOUSE and ANTM...MEET THE PRESS (How 'bout I met Tim Russert in a McDonalds in NEWARK! Gotta love it), THE MCLOUGHLIN GROUP...any of those quasi-political shows...that's my Sunday morning routine...JOEL OSTEEN, CREFLO DOLLAR...AKA my church fix =/THE NEWS...gotta keep up with what they're feeding us so I can decide what to think...
