About Me

I am a dancer. I spend most of my time pushing my body to it's physical limits. I am mostly an instructor and work with dancers from 4 years old to adult professionals. I can currently be seen performing with Cabaret Coast to Coast just for my own personal exploration. I performed professionally for many years only to find myself burnt out early. There is such thing as too much of a good thing. I perform now for my own enjoyment and self expression. Life is better that way. Dance has influenced my state of mind and helped to mold my personality. Dancers think fast, are constantly changing pace, push themselves hard and like it, and are constantly trying to improve themselves. These are good life qualities I think. So dance like no one is watching.
