With its no-bullshit philosophy, Democrazy was one of the main contributors in the launch of aswell the late 8ties grunge hype as the coming up of electronical underground scene in Belgium. Names such as Nirvana, Mudhoney, Faith No More, Melvins, Ween, Afghan Whigs, Prong, Revolutionary Dub Warriors, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Man Or Astroman, Motorpsycho, kmfdm, Kyuss, Henry Rollins, Urban Dance Squad, Slint, Mudhoney, Reverend Horton Heat, Killing Joke, Turbonegro, Batmobile, Jah Wobble, Kong, and hundreds of others made everyday’s chaos in the late eighties/early nineties at Democrazy. Followed by the first wave of upcoming internationals from the electronical underground.
