Solista is an inspiring 28 yr. old artist who has been fascinated by music and photography since before she can remember. She has traveled and seen so many places in the world which has motivated her to seek a patronized eclectic collection of artists, writers, composers, and musicians. Solista has been playing the Violin since the third grade and flowing (rapping) since the age of thirteen. Music has always been Solista's passion. Solista had started way back at an early age in 1996 performing with a college symphony orchestra while still attending High School. Although Solista has graduated college she still involves herself as a community member to help support the present programs. Besides making music she currently helps families by working through an organization and running its Prevention Program. With an artistic and business mindset she uses her talents to help families maintain that formation. She is currently a Site Project Coordinator organizing events, trainings, activities, and grant writing workshops, and so much more. By basically working hands on with the community and collaborating with other businesses, organizations, companies, recreational youth centers etc., to help the community by making them more self sufficient. She enjoys working with youth by acting as a muse to help them discover there inner guide light and talents, and lend that helping hand to help them succeed. Solista music has a very positive and poetic sound, while expressing her inner thoughts and emotions. Solista is also known for her other unique gifts and talents. She has also attended a 4 yr. Division 1 University as a Softball pitcher, and had played in the 1999 College World Series. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology. By helping herself achieve knowledge, this creates a path by helping others discover that articulate inner voice. She has ran many educational trainings for children, coached many sports and worked as a head Activities Coordinator at Recreational Youth Centers organizing events and activities for children and families. She enjoys scuba diving, hiking, biking, nature activities, sports, and just relaxing at the beach by soaking the radiant sun rays in. She also enjoys working with other artist's. Although Solista has just discovered her own inner voice she is determined to have her 1st album out by the end of the summer 2008. Her album is going to contain many artist and students who have had an influence on Solista's life some way or another. Currently Solista is affiliated with "Yoga For Your Ears, and the Preservation Society."
