Dj Soulslide started Djing at the age of 13. It all began after he bulldozed his parents to get money from them to buy his own turntables and records. This marked the beginning of a story full of true love for music itself and heavy basslines.
What he is doing now and did in the past Years for work is just a sequel to that.
The first 3 years he played a lot of House and Garage stuff before he entered the Drum n Bass Scene in 1999. At the same time Aaron aka Dj Soulslide started to work at the most famous recordstore (www.freezonerecords.de) in his thrilling hometown leipzig and became a constant member of the CUBACREW.
After he had finished his career training at Freezonerecords , he picked-up his work in a small Booking Agency. Furthermore DJ Soulslide became part of one of Germanys oldest and established Clubs – The wellknown Distillery - as booker and promoter.
At the moment he works very hard to publish a new DnB Magazin which will be brought out at the end of the year.
Because of his constantly and close contact to music, especially Drum and Bass, his splendid talent as Dj developed further and further. As a result he is now one of the most booked DnB Djs of his town. Also nationwide the crowds of dancing People absolutely get down with his style and the typically fury-funky Soulslide type of mixing.
With his well selected and varied mashup of Dubwise, Liquid and even harder stuff he always gets the crowd to the floor, the ladys to smile and the MCs he works with to that well known request: "reellooooooaaad ma selecta!"
