hi,my name is Basak CEBER.i am a 23 years old Turkish female vocal (mezzo-soprano voice)and i am looking for new short projects (recordings, jingles and back vocals ...) to sing.
i am singing since my 6 and i love to do it.
my first working with a teacher was at my 6 at a Turkish Tv channel’s childrens choir,then i left the choir at my 10.my first band was at my 17 they was a Turkish rock band and they were all older than me . then i decided to leave this a year later because i decided to make more serious and in english music,then i went to sing a classical style choir of the same Tv channel’s.i sang here for a year since my 18 ,at lyric soprano parts.then at 2004 i begun to my education on science of business administration and two year later i passed a opera schools exams to take singing lessons,now i am also a student in Istanbul University conservatory studying on musical theatre and singing as a mezzo-soprano.excepting of all these things i never leave to sing in different gothic metal bands too as a lead or guest singer,and i made some works with musiciand who lives other countries too ( distance works :) )
now i am singing in a metal band and my band’s name is "Ghost Opera",nowadays we are writing our songs for the band and my own Turkish rock project .in near future we will be on web with our wonderful songsthanks for the careloves*Basak CEBER*

These songs are NOT MY OWN songs :) they are all cover songs but last song is only my old band’s tune :)
Wind’s Song is my old band AgorA’s recording.Other songs are just my covering triyngs :) i tried to sing for you i hope you enjoy when you listen."Creek Mary’s Blood from Nightwish" , "Solitary Ground from Epica" , "The Wind That Shakes The Barley from Dead Can Dance ", "Wind’s Song from Agora (a recording with my old band) " .As i told i am writing my own songs and until they finish ,i can only share my cover songs with you.And about my education:these recordings are recorded in May.2006,when i was not a conservatory student,because i started my singing lessons and musical education at Oct.2006,so i had no singing lesson when i recorded these songs :)
I needed to add this little point to here because someone asks to me about my singing education on these songs,there are some mistakes but as i said,this was the reason of my little mistakes :)thanks for your care and support.
