dj adam rock

"Dj Adam Rock" has been mixing for over 25 years started in 1983 .Adam a former breakdancer {yes he used 2}started 2 get into the music scene more . he started out mixing with his older brother Robert M. and a bunch of guys we'll call The Core from there he mixed at parties and events .It's funny it seems that everybody who used 2 breakdance became dj's in the area too!!! I used to practice day and night hours at a time I never went out unless to do parties .I guess it saved him from the streets. After perfecting his skills he and his brother started throwing parties and getting into renting halls plus making flyers .at that time he was known for quick mixing and perfect blends he must have been on 2 or 3 flyers every week . Adam also developed 3 dj teams -- the untouchable 5 --unstopable team and over kill dj team. with these teams in place if not all at least 1 of us would be on just about every flyer thrown in those days.Adam was signed to dj international records (a little unknown fact)with wes hollywood and czr .As a group our stuff wasnt released but czr went solo and released a few projects.After getting a little older he graduated into the club scene didnt really like being a resident dj boreing same crowd !!!!.his next project was radio he joined 90.5 fm wcyc there he teamed up with Tom Ramos and had a friday night show called The Best Of The 80's where they would play music and Adam would mix live .after that i did the private parties and continue 2 mix at other events.After a leave of radio Adam once again finds himself on the radio again come check out the shows !!! you can listen 2 him live on THE STREET BEAT MIX SHOW !!!!thursday with john acosta on 88.9 fm or via internet from 8pm - 12mid or DA CLUB HOUSE!!! mondays on lowerlevelradio.com 8pm - 12 mid.... ............
