Well...not sure if i should really describe myself or tell my story... where to start... I was born in Bellflower, CA and grew up in the Valley... Yes... in the age of 'the Valley Girl'. I had the same awesome bunch of pals in Jr. High, High School... and yes! I was even blessed to have my gals with me in college. We even found a few crazies to join the insanity.... I went to college in several places.... We all went to school in San Diego and might I say, I am right proud we all survived those years... moved home to the valley.... Move to Balboa Beach (the OC) for a while, then moved back home... I took home a few great friends from there whom I still talk to (miss you Cri and Eddles!)My best friend blessed me with 2 amazing godchildren for whom i thank the stars above everyday... Alabama and Ozzly are the fruit in my cake... traveled the world (Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Holland,Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Japan - to name a few - although not yet finished) and got to take a few friends with me (thanks for comin' along!!!!! And thank you Steve for having me along!!!). Met an awesome guy in New Orleans (yeah... LOVE Jazz Fest) and decided to make a change in my life (LA was getting to be a bit dodgy) and made a move to Colorado. Moved to Golden (Home of Coors Beer)... a totally cute little mountain town not really in the mountains and not too far from Downtown Denver. The best part???? 4 MILES FROM RED ROCKS!!!!!! I absolutely fell in love with everything about Co... except for the lack of water in the air and of course... no beach... yeah!!! I know!!!! Fell into dog grooming as easily as I fell into the travel industry...There were 3 things I always wanted to do in life.... travel, work with animals, and teach... I am on my second journey now! Politics and Religion.. I LOVE talking about both over dinner or drinks... HAHAHAHA!!!! To get back to my story... I developed this disease called 'collecting animals'... I had 1 dog and 1 cat forever and then... whammo... I now have 5 dogs, 1 cat and 1 ferret... BUT NO CHILDREN!!!! I swear it works!!! I stayed in Co for just a little and things weren't working out as easily as they should have so I waited for the big Dave Matthews Band 4 day weekend gig (2 of my bestest friends came in town for that) and then said my farewells... which in itself is a great story!!!!! I sold all my stuff, packed my 4 dogs, 1 cat and 1 ferret in the Saturn VUE and hauled it across the great ol' U S of A to South Florida, where i now reside a block from the best darn beach in America!!!!!! As we all know Life is a journey, not a destination!!..
