Brooks Ritter

Brooks Ritter is a 22-year-old who is currently pursuing a career in music as a singer/songwriter. In his music, Brooks tries to honestly portray his life and personality through powerful melodies and lyrics. With influences like Oingo Boingo, Bebo Norman, Derek Webb, REM, and James Taylor, Brooks' music is rich with guitar and strong vocals. His music challenges recent and unoriginal trends in the music industry. His lyrics are laced with authenticity and his music reflects a passion not shared by many artists these days.
Brooks began playing guitar at the age of 16 after a life-changing conversion to Christianity. Unable to put the instrument down, Brooks grew rapidly in his skills as a musician and a writer. Now older, and still unable to put the guitar down, he hopes to share his music and experiences with a widely diverse audience. Constantly adding more live shows to his schedule, Brooks is gaining experience as a performer.
