Thomas Nastos was born in the small city of Ioannina back in the year 1982. From a young age he took piano and guitar courses alongside with theory courses and got involved in his father studio at the age of 14. He worked there as sound engineer in semi-professional level gaining much experience in recording live instruments & mixing, in the same time he was member of one of the best alternative rock/electronica groups in his area (called The Bedriddens) recording various demo tracks/cds. Their last demo cd that was produced 5 years ago earned good reviews from various e-magazines and fanzines and gave the opportunity for many gigs that never really happened because the band split up due to college studies.
Afterwards he moved to the city of Volos where he begun his studies in mechanical engineering which he continues till now. In these years he got more involved into the electronic scene listening to Deep,Tech & Progressive House, Breaks and Electro tracks, but never forgetting his alternative roots. It was a matter of time till he got into dj-ing so he started collecting records in various styles trying to make his way through. Starting from small bars and clubs he ended spinning on the biggest venue of his area (NOA Club) playing mostly stuff around the House genre but also having the chance to warm up great djs like Nick Warren, Dave Seaman, Matthew Dekay, Lexicon Avenue, Mashtronic etc. He has also spin on major parties held on the University Areas with quite a success.
He entered the Heinekent Thirst Competition in the year 2003 where he ended as replacement dj in the city of Thessaloniki. After that he expanded his activities getting involved into the best dance magazine in Greece called FREEZE, where he holds a position as Reviewer/Author, having also his own column introducing new and upcoming producers (named producers@gr ID). During 2004 he gains a residency in a new, at that time, internet radio show called Futuregrooves (www.futuregrooves.org) mixing mostly deep & progressive house with breakbeat elements earning great feedback. Also he got into the team of the biggest music forum in Greece called e-Djs (www.e-djs.gr) where he took part on several tasks (articles, reviews, interviews).
In July 2005 he joins the Fiberlineaudio family after being winner with honor on its first remix contest, remixing Simuck Remember Me (he is currently working as A & R Executive for Greece). In December 2005 he compiles and mixes his first cd Compilation for FREEZE magazine [GR] selecting tracks from the Fiberlineaudio roster crossing thru the genres of Progressive House & Breaks. Also his latest remix on Andrew K & Simuck Clouds Go By was signed on Pure Substance and released digital on March 2006.
