Aquanada Jewelry is a handcrafted jewelry company founded and run by jewelry designer Kirsten Ott in 2006 and launched in 2007. The Aquanada Jewelry collection complements and celebrates the multifaceted components of a woman—from feminine, delicate, graceful and playful to luxurious, sophisticated, powerful and dramatic. Known for her whimsicality, Kirsten incorporates charms, semiprecious gems, pearls, precious metals, Swarovski crystals, shells, wood, vintage confections, found objects and glass into fashionable designs embracing modern aesthetics with timeless motifs.

About the designer
Baubles, beads, jewels and vintage glass have always fascinated Kirsten. Jewelry design has been an artistic pursuit of hers since the early '90s. At first, she only designed jewelry for herself, but soon began taking private commissions. She has been honing her craft ever since.
Inspired by all things bedecked and bejeweled, from the runways of Paris to the avant-garde to the classic styles of the old world, Kirsten handcrafts her jewelry with a wide array of stones, gems, fine metals, shells and much TLC. She's a charm aficionada and frequently shops antique stores and markets for vintage confections to use in her jewelry.
