About Me

Geeze...I could write so much, but I'll try to hit the basics. I am the second oldest of 12 children. I have 5 children and 4 grandchildren.My biggest interest is alternative means of health. That interest was sparked when I had my first child at home back in 1982. I later became a midwife and took many classes in herbology, iridology,muscle testing,reiki and anything else that I came across. It's nice to be able to take care of myself and my family without antibiotics or medications.I do see the doc for brocken bones!After 250 births I moved back to Ohio to renovate my great grandmothers boarding house. We live here too and it has been quite a project. It's been 9 years working on it so far. We've come a long way !! I also opened a small skin care day spa and I really enjoy that!I am seeing that the older I get the faster life seems to go by....the same thing we all hear growing up, but it doesn't hit you until you are older. I've learned not to judge people for there mistakes because we all make them...maybe not the same ones but we still all make them. That causes me to remember that everyone comes into my life for a reason and I need to always be looking for what that person is there to teach me...good and bad.My grandfather who recently passed away had a great saying" you are as good as anybody,but no better than anyone else" I am also very connected to the earth and to nature.I have great respect and aww for the powers that be.Take care of the Earth as it takes care of you.Enjoy the seasons..grow and change with them.I look forward to all the adventures yet to come and the people I have yet to meet.
