Jim (The Cleaner) aka Jim Rubin Bio: Born in 1983 in the Bay Area, CA, he has always loved music, and at the age of 11 decided that music was his passion and would be his future. In 2004, Jim graduated from Ex'pression College for Digital Arts with an AA Degree in the Sound Arts program. Jim has been engineering now for 5+ years, and has worked for both professional studios, (Morning View & Cherokee), and live sound production companies since graduating. In the summer of 2007, Jim hit the road with Guerilla Union's Rock The Bells hip hop tour as the recording engineer for the Documentary Crew. During these 5 weeks, Jim traveled all across the U.S. and recorded legendary hip hop performers such as: Mos Def, Cypress Hill, Nas, Pharoahe Monch, and the biggest hip hop group of all time (besides RUN DMC) the Wu-Tang Clan. Jim is also a Mastering Engineer. Some projects he has Mastered are: The Muse10 Project, Mikey Mo "The MC's" mixtapes (HP 1&2, Muffin Man), Collective Culture Vol.2 (featuring: C-Rayz Wallz and Sleep), A. Kruse's True Stories (featuring: Sunspot Jonz, Eligh, Luckyiam.PSC (all from Living Legends), and Pigeon John), Delinquent Monastery's Streets of Rage (featuring: Sean Price (Boot Camp Clik) and Pep Love (Hieroglyphics). Most Recently, Jim Mastered Sunspot Jonz's instrumental album Through Darkness Comes Light.
