DJ Fresh began dj.ing at the age of 9 yrs. Old in 1991. At the age of 17 yrs. old he started dj competitions and networking. He then hooked up with dj crews such as ILL Con Productions (Washington DC), The Mad Hatters (San Jose, CA) and The 12 Inch Assassins (Brooklyn, NY).Highlights of DJ. Fresh’s career includes appearances at MTV, Nas Stillmatic Tour, Nas GOD SON PROMO TOUR and DJ.ing with Common since the tender age of 16. He’s also mentioned as one of the most respected dj’s in the memory of JAM MASTER JAY column in the premiere issue of Scratch Magazine’-Def Jam Records and was 3rd best dj in the USA in the ITF dj competition in 1999. He’s also one of the uprising producers on the scene with an arsenal of projects produced entirely by DJ.Fresh and his production teams “The Whole Shabang & Soul Source”. Lacing tracks to artist ranging from Mistah FAB (Atlantic Records), Turf Talk (E-40’s Sick Wid It Records), Common (MCA Records), Changing Faces (Bad Boy) and many others.
