PRODUCTION EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (CONTACT FOR PRICES):By purchasing exclusive rights to one of my beats, you will be allowed to use the beats for all profitable commercial purposes. This includes use of the beats on CD releases, television, and radio. Once exclusive rights have been obtained, no one else will be granted the rights to use the beat. Exclusive rights can only be sold to one user, and cannot, by the terms of contract, be sold to anyone else. Once exclusive rights have been purchased, you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat tracked out in data format ( wav ) as well as a mixed audio format ( can be played in a cd player). LEASING RIGHTS (CONTACT FOR PRICES): By purchasing leasing rights to one of my beats, you will be allowed to use the beats for only ONE profitable commercial purpose. This also means that your rights to the beat are non-exclusive, and in this case, people can still purchase exclusive or leasing rights to the same beat. So if you want to do a demo, or are just recording a demo, or are making an album on a low budget. Once leasing rights are purchased, you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat mixed down in either data format ( wav ) or audio format ( can be played in a cd player). You can also opt to get the beat in both formats if you need it. LEASING A BEAT WILL NOT GET YOU A TRACKED OUT VERSION.
