My name is LeRoy. I grew up in Roseto, PA(where people don't get heart disease...according to Dr. Stewart Wolf). After Graduating from Bangor High School and Gettysburg College, I became a music teacher in the Williams Valley School District in Tower City PA(this is my 21st year).
In addition to teaching music, I've been playing professionally since I was 14(though I couldn't get into the musician's union until age 15). My primary instrument is the saxophone(sopranino through bass). I play a number of other instruments, but most of the work I've been getting recently has been on sax, trombone and clarinet.
I am principal alto saxophone and featured saxophone soloist with The Allentown Band.
