About Me

I grew up in Alaska but have been living (for the most part) in Sandy Eggo for the past 10 years. While I wasn't in SD I was traveling or living in Mexico, Nicaragua, Brazil, Australia, England, Scotland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Hawaii.
I have a penchant for good chocolate and an incurable wanderlust. Astrology books call my birthday the 'Day of Far Off Adventure' - which is dead on, as far as I'm concerned.
My boyfriend and I just recently bought a sailboat which we're outfitting to sail around the world. Places we're planning to visit include Pitcairn and Easter Islands, the South Pacific, Figi, Africa, the list goes on and on.
I like to watch English speaking movies with the foreign language sub-title option turned on. I love Nutella, backpacking and exploring, twister and salsa dancing. I'm a fan of old and new motorcycles, particularly in the cafe racer genre.
On the weekends you can usually find me doing yoga, sailing, playing World of Warcraft, sleeping or relaxing. I'm also trying to learn how to play the guitar, but that's a work in progress :)

My Interests

yoga, sailing, rock climbing, travel, foreign languages, motorcycles, camping, singing around campfires, sleeping under the stars, spontaneous outings, foreign films, muay thai, jiu-jitsu, reading a book in the park, trying to corrupt my nieces and nephews, dark chocolate, red wine and marzipan. I especially love marzipan.

I'd like to meet:

Joan of Arc, Simone de Beauvoir, Anais Nin, my grandmother Charlotte

I don't care if it's cheesy. I love this love story:
