Dreamscape found his love for dance music at the age of 16. While all his friends were at his house spinning garage music and hip hop, Dreamscape would always have his secret vinyl stash to hide from his mates every time they came over. As a hobby Dreamscape started mixing trance beats together to get a feel for the music and it wasnt long until he played a few local gigs at house parties and bars. After a few years of DJing locally building a big vinyl collection he wanted to pursue his love for dance music further. After moving to university he couldnt dj anymore and missed the impact music used to have on people. He was tired of going to cheesy night clubs where they would play ghostbusters and buttercup and it was not the scene Dreamscape wanted to be in. Dreamscape shortly dropped out of University and decided to find out what he could do with his passion for music and after a visit to the careers adviser, he explained his love for dance music and that he wanted to pursue it a lot further it wasnt long until it was suggested he do a music engineering course at the same University he was at before. That summer, Dreamscape started to get a feel for midi sequencing and got an idea of how it works with the help of his cousin who had a full studio of his own. He gave him tips on how to use midi and it wasnt long until Dreamscape got to grips with it and started experimenting. Only 18 months on, his music is starting to get recognised by world famous DJs and Producers. Still in his early 20s expect to hear a lot more this boy in the future.
