Writing about my surroundings, dreams, fantasies, etc. Experiencing new and exciting things. I enjoy the city and nature alike, walking along the beach at sunset, and having weird conversations. Although I am quite serious at times my sense of humor is playful and occasionally random. During the summer I like to watch Shakespeare in the Park productions. When in Providence I love witnessing the Water Fires (www.waterfire.org). While hanging out with my cats I like to play and take pictures. I love the intoxicating aroma of black opium incense and the taste of peppermint herbal tea. One of my great guilty pleasures is Cinnamin Sunset Tea, which is carried at the Barnes and Noble version of Starbucks. Coffee houses and bookstores are my favorite haunts, although I have been known to shake my money maker at goth clubs on occasion.

Television:
Stay away from the tube. It burns giant holes in your brain. OK, maybe one percent of television is actually worth watching, but I don't have time to wait around. Life is way too short. However, there are some tolerable shows which will not damage your brain (if watched in small doses), including the following: All in the Family, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Third Rock from the Sun, Spongebob Squarepants, David Letterman, and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Is there anything more idiotic than "reality" TV? If you want to experience reality, try getting out of your living room.
