ALFONSO PADILLAHe was born in Cartagena, Colombia, began his raid into the electronic music scene in a local club in the year 1997 when its progressive trends make him to one of the most acclaimed DJs of the local scene, having successfully raided at the Local scene. In the year 2000 he became a resident dj in one of the most famous clubs in the city of Cali and in the entire country, which leads him to be one of the greatest exponents of Colombian electronic music, because of the recognition that he had won in the national scene, he became a resident dj of one of the most prestigious clubs in the city of Medellin, the most representative city in the Colombian electronic scene.With new discovered styles and sounds he decided to return to Cartagena where he launched a search for his own style. Shortly after this daily search he beared fruits as he achieved to launch its first single titled KAMASUTRA, under the name COCOCOLOMBIA, produced by the label DEFINITIVE RECORDINGS under representation of JOHN ACQUAVIVA.After several productions for the producer DEFINITIVE RECORDINGS such as PANASIA, FLAMBO, THE GAME and KARDIO among others, he achieved to open a field for the South American market, creating the signature SOUTH AMERICAN SOUNDS which was created by JOHN ACQUAVIVA to the sounds of this part of the continent. This was the way he obtained his true musical identity. Con nuevos estilos y sonidos descubiertos decide regresar a Cartagena donde emprende una búsqueda de su propio estilo, poco tiempo después esta búsqueda daría sus frutos cuando bajo el nombre de COCOCOLOMBIA logra lanzar al mercado su primer sencillo titulado, KAMASUTRA. El cual fue producido bajo el sello de DEFINITIVE RECORDINGS bajo la representación de JOHN ACQUAVIVA. Luego de varias producciones para la firma DEFINITIVE RECORDINGS tales como PANASIA, FLAMBO, THE GAME y KARDIO entre otras, logra abrir campo para el mercado suramericano, creando así la firma SOUTH AMERICAN SOUNDS que fue creada por JOHN ACQUAVIVA para los sonidos de esta parte del continente, obteniendo así su verdadera identidad musical. Que lo lleva a decidirse por los sonidos electrónicos e innovadores a la hora de realizar sus discos y sus presentaciones en vivo. Actualmente se encuentra produciendo también para el sello TECHNICAL DEEJAYS. Este conjunto de producciones lo llevan a pasearse por los mejores escenarios nacionales y mantenerse como uno de los mejores productores y djs de la escena electrónica nacional.
