Music, road trips, my dog and cat, cooking with abandon! renovating my 'money pit' :), learning about how who I am connects with other people, my boyfriend, being active - outside, etc. reading, writing, softball, things that make me think!
Living or dead?Living: Oprah. Can't say that I really like her or anything, but I do think that she's facsinating. Not many people will parade their life out in front of the world (hello - 3 diet plans?). Yes, she's a primadona, but she gives to others, she's incredibly successful and maybe there's something to learn there.Gummy Bear Dance 2

Oh, so very, very hard to define. So much content, so little time.Everything - I think there is something redeeming in every genre of music. That being said, I don't have a lot of 'rap' or 'opera' in my collection, but I'm sure there are some tunes here and there from either genre that I would like.I'm open. There's nothing better than buying a new CD that you might not know the content of too well and hitting one of THOSE songs. The ones that speak to you and you carry them with you always.
I loved Dead Again, from the 80's. Damage was also good, but disturbing as hell. Happy Gilmore (yes, I realise that sounds trite) makes me laugh everytime I see the Bob Barker scene.I'm easy to entertain for the most part, just don't insult me, don't make me reach too hard and I'm going to come along for the ride. How good the ride is depends on the content, my mood, the company, etc.
I don't watch a lot of TV. When I do watch, I like House, and A&E shows.
I could fill a book on this one! So, instead I'll keep it short. I'm a writer, so I love the written word. All of it. Fiction, non-fiction, childrens, adults, you name it. I've read good, bad, and horrible. All to be learned from.
Sarah McLachlan - she's a woman who believes in herself and others. Jann Arden - she can sing about her personal pain and get through it. Ghandi - you've got to admire someone who believes in their religion that much - regardless of what that religion is, you just have to respect that. People who face adversity and don't let it determine their outcome - those are heroes.
