Interesting People

I'd like to meet:

People with something to say. People who like to laugh. People who aren't afraid to be themselves, the judgments of others be damned. People, however few they may be, who still agree with Walt Whitman on the fragile essentials of liberty. Resist much, obey little.
My little cousins...adorable: Girls Dancing

Music:

Yes please! Air, Bloc Party, The Bravery, Arctic Monkeys, DeVotchKa, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Wolf Parade, The Fray, The White Stripes, Panic! At the Disco, Coldplay, Death Cab for Cutie, Postal Service, Her Space Holiday, Guillemots, Franz Ferdinand, Damien Rice, The Shins, M83...the classics....U2, Bon Jovi (yes I said "Bon Jovi" and "classic" in the same sentence), Elton John, The Beatles, Van Hagar and Van Halen....oh I could go on for days.

Movies:

Film is my absolute passion.
Lately... No Country for Old Men, The Darjeeling Limited, The Savages, Skills Like This

Television:

HBO, IFC, and Bravo. Not many shows on network are worth watching, except Heroes, which is the best show on TV.

Books:

Favorite authors include: Stephen King (he may be stuck in a genre but he writes like a muthafucka), Chuck Palahniuk, Alex Garland (props to anyone who can write as diversively as The Beach, The Tesseract, and 28 Days Later), Michael Chabon, Quentin Tarantino (no books but he is a writer), Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Bret Easton Ellis, etc. etc.

Heroes:
