"Andy Muscat, dubbed 'the youngest rock n roll star in Portsmouth"

Andy Muscat; a rock n roll/mod/brit-pop and acoustic, solo artist. Andy started out playing open mic nights around Portsmouth, but then built up his song range and started to write songs too. He then got himself support slots (supporting great bands such as: Moma Jest, Split Sixty, Harley Walk, Green-ish Day, The Bog Rolling Stones and many more) at local venues. Andy is now playing headlining gigs at those locations, as well as many others around the city. Andy came 4th in the Hampshire Rose Battle of the Bands 07. The venues he has played, include: The Wedgewood-rooms, The Edge of the Wedge, the Cellars at Eastney, The Golden Lion (Bedhampton), The Fountain Inn (Rowlands Castle), The Kings Theatre, The Drift Bar, Express FM (interview), The Milton Arms, and truck loads of other venues! Andy has also supported Bobby Cochran (Eddie Cochrans nephew)! And, Andy Muscat won 'Best Solo Act' in the Live & Unsigned Regional Finals 2008!
