May,2005 : Elias(Drums) and Aggelos(ex-guitar) are about to form an old school thrash band.In the seek of a lead guitarist they find Dennis and so the band starts rehearsals with 2 friends, Bill on vocals(currently in Genocide) and Jim on bass on some classic thrash songs from bands such us Testament,Annihilator,Slayer,Metallica,etc. After some weeks Mike joins the band as the vocalist and Nikos as the bassist.So violator are now formed and do some gigs as thrash tribute band.With the beginning of the new season, Violator start to write songs and Collapsed Mind is the first succesful try of this.Nikos leaves the band and Pete takes his place but not for a long time before we finally found the best bassist for us, Nikos from the greek band "Kataramenoi".Song-writing continues and Violator do many gigs, already having established a small fan base in Athens.
June,2006:Aggelos, the co-founder of the band leaves due to several reasons.The band now consists of 4, with Dennis on guitars and is in song-writing proccess.Our 5-track demo is to be recorded on Christmas and hopefully it will be released in early 2007.We will let you know!Stay thrash!
