English guy in LA . Work mainly in the audio / video industry these days. Have been a producer and composer here in LA for the last few years with my own studio, composing alot of TV and movie trailer music. Was a drummer once, with bands like Nitzer Ebb, C - Tec and Die Krupps, alot of "industrial " and club stuff. So I did the band thing, pretty cool, saw some interesting places, went around the world several times and learned alot about people, although it's not for me anymore. I came out reasonably unscathed considering I spent such a long time on the road and let's just say, I saw my fair share ! I think I'm pretty balanced, I have a chip on both shoulders !!! I'm reasonably well travelled, although there is so much more to discover ! I like the usual things ; movies, music, travel, food, needlepoint ( kidding ... !! ) and the unusual - Kung Fu, learning Chinese and ticking things off my to do list. I recently checked off a hot air ballon ride, hand gliding and shooting at things. Perhaps a parachute jump might be on the horizon too, but I think I draw the line at bungee jumping, but, famous last words... literally. Also, working on my black belt in Kung Fu, next couple of months hopefully. I guess in general I'm pretty honest and sincere in whatever I try to do and I endeavour to be realistic and have some humilty about myself. I can't stand people that talk down to others and belittle them intentionally. Selfish, spoilt and ungreatful people piss me off as well. I guess, deep down we are all a little selfish, but perhaps if people just looked beyond themselves every so often, the world might be a nicer place. I try and take people as I find them, whatever or whoever they are or wherever they are from. It doesn't matter to me what religon you are, if any, however, religon to me is a bit of lost cause, as I just don't buy it, but whatever floats your boat. I have little patience for people who have no common sense and I can't stand people that don't say "please" and "thankyou" ... it doesn't cost anything to be pleasant and respectful. Although, having said that, I'm an arrogant bastard when someone pisses me off, perhaps I should work on that, but, in general, I try and treat people as I would like to be treated. So, to sum me up, I'm a dork most of the time and like to see the funny side of most things. I try not to take things too seriously anymore. Anyway, I guess that's a little about me, what about you ?
